Purchases & Refunds

Payments might not go through for various reasons but usually, the most common problem is that there isn't enough money in your PayPal or card balance to complete the payment.
We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on IT Life Club can be refunded within 30 days. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy. Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. For more information regarding our refund policy, please see below. Simply email office@itlifeclub.com, mention the order number and the reason for why you are asking for the refund.
One of the best things about IT Life Club is that you can login to your account from virtually anywhere, whenever you want, and access your courses easily! We strongly believe that students will benefit from the limitless educational possibilities this feature presents. Once you enroll in a course, you'll have access for life, provided that your account is in good standing and IT Life Club continues to have a license to that course. You have the freedom to learn at your own pace. IT Life Club is your academy - learn what you want, when you want.


The Digital Certification will be issued automatically post completion and made available for you to download. Just make sure you complete the course.
If you can’t remember the password for your account, you can request a reset password email from the login page: Move your cursor to the top right of Udemy's homepage, then click on Login Click Forgot Password Enter your email and click the I'm not a robot box Select the correct images and then click VERIFY Next, click on Reset Password Check your inbox for the reset password email and complete the steps to change your password
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to office@itlifeclub.com.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
